• Rules and Information


  • •All plastic bins shall be stored in the new cubbies downstairs.


  • • Please make room for everyone by sharing tables! A tablecloth on a table does not mean it is reserved.


  • • The instant hot water faucet for hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and soup is extremely hot.

    • We request that only adults use it.

  • • Children should be supervised at all times.


  • • All family members should clean up after themselves.


  • • We recycle all cans and bottles. Please put them in the proper container.


  • • Soda is provided each weekend (You will need to provide your own cups).


  • • Beer, wine and soda are provided at each party (You will need to bring your own cups).


  • • The grill on the deck is for everyone's use.


  • • Skis, poles, and snowboards should be kept in your locker or outside on the racks not upstairs please.


  • • There is no parking by the doors. You may pull up briefly to unload your vehicle and then park in the lot.

  • •Please volunteer to host a party and / or breakfast. Direct emails to Lisa Roy and Kim Caldwell songtbird<@>gmail.comand they can give you more information about hosting. The Club budgets approximately $250.00 for food and supplies for each party and $150.00 per breakfast. The parties usually start at 2:00 PM, breakfasts are 9:00 - 10:30 AM. Several families can jointly host any party or breakfast. New ideas are always welcome!
